*) The organizer would like to encourage the authors of entries as well as the other participants to play an active part in the selection of winning entries. The number of Jury members is not limited - the prize winners will be chosen as a result of a wide exchange of arguments. As a member of the Jury you will be obliged to be present at all audio-sessions and all discussions. Of course, you must know English well enough to be able to follow the broadcasts and to take part in the discussions. However, each radio station participating with a broadcast can have only one representative in the Jury and there can be a maximum of two jury members from each country.

**) Festival starts with the listening sessions in the morning on the 26^th of May and ends with the closing ceremony and announcement of winners in the evening of the 31^st of May.
